Service Description

This class is a combination of yoga for strength and pilates for power. In this class we will combine a vinyasa flow focused on strength coupled with mat pilates and core work. Yoga-Core will help you gain confidence in your body, restore and align your hips and spine, quiet the anxious and busy mind and help to balance your blood sugar. This is targeted for those familiar to yoga and Pilates.
