Service Description

This class is designed for building strength and will involve “drills” or exercises with multiple reps focused on developing the overall strength needed to advance in your physical yoga practice. Areas of focus will vary class to class. To compliment the strengthening, we will do gentle yoga stretches in between and following the exercises
