Service Description

This practice will take you through a rhythmic flow that will leave you energized and rejuvenated, while calm and centered. Vinyasa is breath to movement. The pranayama (breath of fire) is just as important as the movement and pose itself. As we move fluidly through these shapes, we transfer energy throughout the body and realign to a healthier place. We work toward a seamless series of movements. Yet within the practice we hold the shapes and work to activate our muscles. Our goal is to challenge the body to move to a place that is challenging, yet forgiving. We don’t necessarily strive to take the shape that our neighbor takes. It’s simply our own. Whether you are laying flat on your mat with your eyes shut or standing on your hands… Vinyasa at Orchard Roots is whatever you need it to be. And we as instructors are only here to guide you in any way that you need.
