Reiki ReCharge w/ Tiffanie and Sara

Service Description

Feeling the need for rest and rejuvenation? Join sound alchemist and Yoga teacher, Sara and Reiki Level III Practitioner, Tiffanie, for a special workshop designed to give you a mind - body - spirit energetic reboot and recharge. Reiki and Singing bowls both deal in frequency/light/prana/Ki/energy and are a beautiful compliment to each other. Come and rest in the vibrations of Sara's alchemy bowls and be bathed in sound while supported by Reiki healing energy from Tiffanie and Sara's hands and energetic systems. 0 experience required, just a desire to be supported and nourished. Bring anything you need to be extra comfy (blanket, pillow etc.) and anything you would like charged by the bowls (crystals, tarot deck, mala.) It can be helpful to have a journal in case you receive anything you would like to write down during or after the session.  Supportive yoga props will be provided (bolster, blanket, mat etc.) Reiki will be optional, consent required (we'll have consent coasters) and option to receive hands on or over the body Reiki will be offered. Water and a light snack for after the workshop recommended.
